Thanks for responding!

I'm afraid changing server settings is a little worrisome. The Wikipedia entry indicates there are some security issues with JSON (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JSON).

Respectfully request you consider revising the samples.  Compromising server security for a third party plug-in isn't an attractive option.

Best Wishes,
-Gary

Hello,

Whenever I implement a new plug-in, I typically download the samples, study the code and incorporate into my application.

I downloaded mif.tree-v1.1.zip into a folder, unzipped the documents and executed index.html.  When I click on demos link, I just get a screen with the Mif.tree heading, the license info, and nothing else.

example here:
http://www.robintek.com/tree

I found I can make it work if unzip the samples into a folder then execute using firefox it with a url like this:
C:\Temp\mif.tree-v1.1\mif.tree-v1.1\Demos\index.html

the same url in IE generates a permissions error.

Apparently there is a key step I'm missing and I don't see any pertinent info in the docs.  Any suggestions?

Thanks.
-Gary
